AD9695 14-Bit, Dual, Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC)

Analog Devices' ADCs for software defined radios, cellular, and communication applications

ADI’s AD9695 are 14-bit, dual, 625 MSPS/1300 MSPS ADCs. These converters have an on-chip buffer and a sample-and-hold circuit designed for low power, small size, and ease-of-use. The AD9695 is designed to support communications applications capable of direct sampling wide bandwidth analog signals of up to 2 GHz. The -3 dB bandwidth of the ADC input is 2 GHz. These converters are optimized for wide input bandwidth, high sampling rate, excellent linearity, and low power in a small 64-LFCSP package. The AD9695 is ideal for software define radios, cellular, and Milcom applications.
